      The contract period for all contracts is 5 years. After 5 years, the contract can be renewed with mutual consent without a renewal fee.

      There is no limit to the number of stores that can be opened under any contract.
      Additional opening fees not shown in the table above can be determined through negotiation.

      Dispatch fee USD 15,000 is charged separately. Instead, it is okay to cover all the travel expenses of headquarters staff.
      Details are as follows:

      1. Raw material sourcing and localization 2 times (2 persons for 7 days at a time)
      2. Interior inspection 1 time (2 persons for 5 days)
      3. Assistance when opening stores (2 persons for 5 days & 1 Operation Supervisor for 4 weeks)
